RivaLee is a civil litigator who practices in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, personal injury defense, products liability, and franchise litigation. RivaLee has extensive experience advising clients and overseeing matters throughout every stage of the litigation process. Within her employment practice, RivaLee advises and defends companies on a vast array of employment issues including wage and hour laws, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. RivaLee also has experience drafting employment policies and agreements and advising companies throughout all stages of the employment process.
RivaLee was born and raised in Rhode Island. She moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona, where she received her bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology. RivaLee went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. RivaLee received numerous academic awards and served as a Staff Writer and Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. RivaLee also worked as a legal tutor and teaching assistant for ASU’s Academic Success Program.
In her free time, RivaLee enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her friends, traveling, taking fitness classes, and teaching Pilates.
