Bree Nevarez is an associate who primarily practices in the areas of tort defense, commercial litigation, and products liability. She also has experience handling various stages of insurance defense, employment matters, and contract disputes. Bree regularly advises national clients on risk management efforts, and represents clients in negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and every stage of the litigation process. Bree’s experience covers a wide range of business formats, including various liability coverages, and she routinely advocates in both federal and state courts. She successfully navigates clients through complex legal disputes with her keen advocacy skills.
Bree is an active leader and serves on the board for the American Constitution Society. She is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her Boston terrier, “Darla,” and her Australian cattle dog, “Grandpa,” hiking throughout the state, and reading anything from the modernist literary movement.
