Matt St. Martin
Matt’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, franchise litigation, and personal injury torts. He also has experience with real estate litigation, business torts, construction litigation, and appellate advocacy. Matt graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he won multiple awards for legal writing and oral advocacy. During law school, Matt externed with the Honorable David K. Duncan (ret.) at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Matt has worked in the Arizona legal community since 2012, and he has experience in all stages of litigation, including multiple jury trials. In 2019, he helped secure a favorable verdict in a two-week trial where plaintiffs sought over $3 million in damages. Matt has also played key roles in multiple
arbitrations that ended with successful resolutions for clients.
When Matt is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
