Austin is an attorney who has experience overseeing numerous matters throughout various stages of litigation. His practice involves general civil and commercial litigation.
Austin was born and raised in Kansas City before attending the University of Arkansas, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance along with minors in both political science and international development. While in college, Austin studied abroad in Mozambique, Africa, which solidified his love of serving others. After graduation, Austin moved to Lubbock, Texas, where he obtained his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Austin received numerous academic accolades, was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, and competed in national negotiations competitions against his peers from all over the country.
In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his fiancée, working out, barbeque, and he is an avid college & professional sports fan – specifically football and basketball.
